Public Junior and Technical College

Art Spark Texas provides programs for creative veterans, current service members, and family in areas of visual art, music, writing, and dance. Many of our programs are in Austin, TX but we are also expanding out across the state. The Austin Veterans and Family Advocacy Council (AVFAC) works with the VA Mental Health Clinic to provide better community support services for veterans in the Austin Area.
