Travel Benefits | Guest Presenter Jeanie Moughan on Korea
The intent of the Travel Benefits group is to offer the opportunity to learn, share, and celebrate some of the exciting and positive travel benefits and adventures throughout military and veteran life. Each segment we celebrate a different part of the world, provide resources, and share tips and tricks that only military and veteran families may have access to/utilize.
Join us on April 29, 2025 at 12 pm CT, with guest VSN Peer Leader Jeanie Moughan. Jeanie lived in Korea for several years and is excited to share her love for the country and her expert travel tips!

- Go beyond the tourist traps and gain valuable insights into the region's culture and hidden gems
Eligibility:
To be eligible for this group, you must be affiliated with the military: the spouse, partner, caregiver, or family member of an active duty service member or post-service veteran, a veteran, active duty service member, the family member or individual widowed or divorced from an SM or Veteran.
Please note*** we will talk about different travel opportunities within our military community, but many of these opportunities have their own eligibility requirements. We will do our best to look up requirements prior to the chat. Many of these benefits will still require a DoD ID card, retiree ID card, or VA IDmay be card, such as SpaceA or lodging.
Eligibility for our Virtual Social Clubs varies by session, so please check our Eventbrite page to see other social clubs that may interest you.
Once registered, on the morning of the event, you will be emailed a Zoom invite to join via computer, tablet, or phone. Once registered, you will also be able to access the Zoom information by viewing the event's Online Event Page. The Online Event Page can be accessed by clicking the "View the event" button in your order confirmation email, OR by selecting the "Access this event" button on the right-hand side of this page.
Joining the Event:
- Please join from a quiet, distraction-free location for the best experience.
- Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to avoid disruptions.
- Once registered, you’ll receive a Zoom invite to join via computer, tablet, or phone. You can also access the Zoom link by clicking the “View the event” button in your order confirmation email or selecting “Access this event” on the event page.
- Peer support events are not recorded in respect for the privacy of those in the group. Resources and notes may be shared after the event with attendees
