About the Veterans Business Outreach Center Program
The Veterans Business Outreach Center at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley provides entrepreneurial development services and technical assistance such as business training, counseling, and referrals for eligible veterans owning or considering starting a small business. Our services are targeted to transitioning active-duty military, Veterans, Disabled-Veterans, Reservist, National Guard members, and Spouses. The UTRGV Veterans Business Outreach Center is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. All of our services are confidential and at no cost.
