We all face different challenges, and sometimes we can’t truly understand what others are going through unless we make an effort to "walk a mile in their shoes." When we walk a mile in someone else's shoes, we become more understanding, and more connected to those around us. It’s the first step toward building a supportive community where everyone feels heard and valued. Be Strong Families’ Parent Café is a place where shared experiences and community support empower spouses to walk the mile ahead with resilience and strength. This café will provide an opportunity for military spouses to explore the unique challenges of military life, and to share the highs and lows of their journey together.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for this group you must be A Parent and military-affiliated, you can be from an active-duty or veteran family.

Once registered, you will be e-mailed a Zoom invite to join via computer, tablet, or phone. You will also be able to access the Zoom information by viewing the event's Online Event Page. The Online Event Page can be accessed by clicking the "View the event" button in your order confirmation email, OR by selecting the "Access this event" button on the right-hand side of this page. Please find a quiet, distraction-free place to attend the session. If no one attends the session after 15 minutes the leader has the option to cancel the meeting.
