Evidence-Based, Curriculum-Driven, Peer-Led Support
The Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group (V-SRG) Wellness Series is a 6-week, peer-led group designed specifically for transitioning and veteran spouses and partners navigating the ups and downs of post-service life. Each weekly session offers a supportive space to share experiences, explore wellness strategies, and connect with others who truly understand the journey.
Grounded in ongoing research from our team at the Institute for Military and Veteran Family Wellness at the University of Texas at Austin, this series blends open discussion with practical tools, educational content, and guided activities. You’ll learn alongside fellow spouses in a closed-group setting that encourages real conversations, personal growth, and meaningful connections.
Sessions run Wednesdays, 7-9 PM CT, from Mar 25-April 29. Apply now – application required for participation.
