Duty Displacement Development (D3)D3 activities aid injured heroes that cannot perform their primary profession anymore. Whether remaining in their chosen profession or transitioning out of their primary field, heroes will find a great number of career and education resources available. Internships, certification programs, scholarships and personal interest-specific training are among some of the options that heroes may choose from for their D3 activities. Heroes begin working with our staff who will help them set career goals and find meaningful D3 activities that align with these desired goals. Career planning ensures that the D3 activities provided to our heroes are providing them with skills and knowledge that will best suit them for their future roles.
