Company OverviewFounded in 1983 by 11 downtown congregations, this ministry to the homeless has grown from serving 39 men on their first night to over 1,200 men, women and children each night in San Antonio, Texas. Dedicated to helping those in great need, we strive to provide compassionate care, educational, job training and employment readiness opportunities, clothing, household needs, and access to physical and mental health services to strengthen and prepare individuals and families for a successful future.
DescriptionSAMMinistries offers comprehensive assistance to our neighbors as they overcome the effects of homelessness and return to self-sufficiency. Over the years we have expanded our services to provide several levels of assistance from homeless prevention services through permanent housing.
