At Texas A & M Family & Veterans Advocacy Clinic we strive to help veterans with as many civil legal areas as possible. We believe in a holistic approach to assisting our veterans. We believe that the removal of legal barriers for veterans can help avoid homelessness and help veterans have a better outlook for the future.   All Veterans may apply (Dishonorable discharge can be considered but our grant priorities are for other discharge status)      SERVICES

We provide civil legal services - Veterans Benefits, Discharge Upgrades, Divorce, Custody, Enforcement of child support and custody (including defense to enforcement actions), Protective Orders, Suits Affecting Parent Child Relationships, Wills and related documents, other legal services will be evaluated according to program priorities.   REQUIREMENTS

 DD214, Driver's License or other valid state issued ID, Paycheck stub    NO FEE for our service. The Court may charge some fees depending on your income but we do not charge a fee for our services.
