VETS4WARRIORS - 1-855-838-8255 (1-855-VET-TALK) is a 24 hour, 7 days a week helpline provided by the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – University Behavioral HealthCare (UBHC) in collaboration with Fort Hood command staff. The helpline offers peer counseling and support, telephone assessments, referrals, and assistance to family members. The helpline provides soldiers and their families with access to a comprehensive support network of mental health professionals who specialize in issues specific to the military population's needs.
