The South Texas Research Organizational Network Guiding Studies on Trauma and Resilience, or STRONG STAR, is a multidisciplinary and multi-institutional research consortium funded by the U.S. Departments of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) and other agencies to develop and evaluate the most effective early interventions possible for the prevention, detection, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological health conditions in military personnel, veterans, and first responders.

Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, Killeen provide in-person and virtual high-quality, accessible, and integrated mental health care to Veterans, regardless of role while in uniform, discharge status, or combat experience, active duty service members (with a TRICARE referral), and military families.

Short-Term Financial Assistance, Case Managment, Mentoring, Housing Stabilization, and Referrals for Texas veterans of any era, including those with National Guard, Reservist or Active Duty statuses, Veterans, Families, and Surviving Spouses.
